A friend just emailed me and told me that in the climate bill there is a provision about people not being allowed to use fireplaces because of the loss of
heat. Anyone hear anything about that? I wouldnt doubt it as being true.
I think back to the ice storm and it was our fireplace that kept us from freezing to death waiting for the heat to come back on. We burned a lot of wood during that time. I can just see some fool of a bureaucrat or environmentalist going around telling people they couldnt use their fireplaces. There would be a few less bureaucrats and environmentalists if that happened here in Kentucky.
Who the heck are they going to get to enforce all of these idiotic laws? They can pass all the laws they want but that doesnt mean we have to obey them. We can have our own version of the Velvet Revolution. Millions and millions and millions of American quietly disobeying the socialist government. Or we can kick their butts out before they have the chance to further damage this nation.
