no different than when crash victims of drunk drivers are brought in.
point is, spending all this time, money and lives on something that people are going to use regardless of whether it's illegal or not is a monumental waste.
Pot is no more dangerous than alcohol, no one ever died of pot poisoning like they do of alcohol poisoning.
I see no reason why it can't be sold, taxed and regulated like alcohol.
