I think Texas is doing a good job of it, so far. They held a press conference earlier in which they said they have state senators, a state medical official and dozens of other professionals working with those children. The kids are getting medical exams, they are being allowed to worship etc.

According to the official at the press conference none of these children have attended a school. If the kids are not being taught anything whatsoever I would say that is good footing for parental negligence charges.

The attorneys are probably headed there for the parents more than they are the children. They think there is money to be made but I would bet, at least from what I've been hearing so far, they aren't going to make any money off the state of Texas. Course that is always subject to change.
