the 38 mothers who filed the complaint that led the Texas Supreme Court to reject the state's massive seizure must personally sign an agreement their attorneys and state child-welfare officials have proposed.
I'd like to know why any attorney who believes his and/or her clients were unjustifiably targeted by law enforcement or CPS would agree or would tell their clients to agree to ANYTHING before their cases were heard by the higher courts.

Something smells here and it isn't just the actions of the judges, CPS officials or law enforcement either.
