Well as far as the race of the father (and I hate having to say this) in HI because of the different state benefits that are offered to people with so much Hawaiian blood in them, they are very specific about people's herritage....especially with mixed races.

And as far as the stamps, a lot of newer abstracts don't have official stamps on them. They use specific paper. My kids have a little corner on theirs that when you touch or breathe on it, it turns pink.

I think it would depend more on when these abstracts were issued. If they were both printed out the same day, then yes, it's a smoking gun.
