Well as far as the race of the father (and I hate having to say this) in HI because of the different state benefits that are offered to people with so much Hawaiian blood in them, they are very specific about people's herritage....especially with mixed races.

So am I to understand that the identification of his father as being from Africa and not from Kenya is unusual? Along with them saying that he is "black" instead of the old terms that were used back then? That is unusual too?

Oh and the raised seal on the bottom BC looks to be the seal of a notary. One would have to have the copy of their BC notarized if they were handing it over as evidence of their birth, don't you think?
