Doing a little research and found the following in the Energy Information Agency data. The price of gasoline in 2008 is about $0.60 a gallon higher than in
2007.
Daily gasoline sales January 2007 were 9.129 million barrels a day and in 2008 sales were 9.027 million Barells a day.
February 9.090 million barrels per day, compared to 8.940 million barrels per day this year.
Apparently we really will use less gas at a higher price.
