I have to tell you about a realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly cheap way to unclog a drain or septic system without calling a plumber.
I have trouble with the plumbing at my cafe because, basically, the whole system is screwed up, but, when I was a phone call away from calling the guy to pump the tank for $300, my waitress told me about her gramma's formula.
1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 cup of white vinegar, put the baking soda in your sink then pour the vinegar over it. It makes an acid, and eats away everything.
My lines were really clogged (shut up riggo) so, it took a little more. after about 3 days of slow progress, I got pissed and poured an entire box of baking soda into a bucket, added about a quart of vinegar and poured the whole mess into the cleanout pipe. Next morning, toilets flushing like a champ!
